Studio Soul Star Terms & Conditions
- ‘Studio Soul Star’ is Phillipa Cacavas trading as Studio Soul Star.
- ‘The Client’ is the party making a booking for Coaching & Kinesiolgy related services from Studio Soul Star.
- ‘An Order’ is the request for services from Studio Soul Star.
- ‘The project’ is a term used to describe service from Studio Soul Star.
The terms and conditions apply to all dealings between The Client and Studio Soul Star.
By placing an order with Studio Soul Star, you as a Client are forming a legally binding contract for services and you agree to the following terms & conditions.
PRICING.
- 1:1 Kinesiology Sessions are $144 paid via PayPal securely through the Calendly App or via invoice if returning client.
- 1:1 4 week Coaching – Activate your Purpose prices are $888 or 2 fortnightly payments of $488 (extra 10%).
- 1:1 4 Month Creative Mentoring prices are $2,777 for a 4 month package. Or can be paid in 4 monthly payments of $777 (extra 10%)
- All prices are in Australian Dollars.
- All prices are subject to rise at any time decided by Studio Soul Star.
- Prices may vary between initial quotation and when the Client signs up to the program.
PAYMENTS POLICY.
- 1st Payment is to be paid before the first session, no exceptions.
- If on payment plan for 4 week coaching your invoices will arrive in your inbox every 2 weeks and must be paid 2 sessions in advance.
- If on payment plan for 4 month mentoring your invoices will arrive in your inbox every 3 weeks and must be paid 4 sessions in advance.
- If payment is not made the session will not go ahead.
- Australian Client Payments are to be made by bank deposit transfer, details are sent on the invoice.
- All overseas clients are responsible for checking the currency conversions as they may change from payment to payment.
- Overseas Client Payments are made directly & securely through PayPal.
- All invoice terms are 5 business days from the date of the invoice.
- Accounts that are not paid on time will incur a late administration fee of $50.
- Accounts which remain outstanding for 14 days after the date of invoice will incur an additional payment fee equivalent to 5% of the project’s costs for each week payment is outstanding.
- Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of the Project.
- If debt collection is required for unpaid invoices, The Client is responsible for any costs incurred (fees/commissions payable to the debt collectors)
RESCHEDULE/ CANCELLATION POLICY
- Reschedule requests and cancellations with less than 24 hours are counted as a session.
- Reschedule requests for Kinesiology Sessions must be made 24 hours in advance.
- Reschedule requests for 4 week Coaching Sessions must be made 24 hours in advance, with up to 1 permitted per 4 week package.
- Reschedule requests for Creative Business Coaching must be made 24 hours in advance, with up to 3 permitted per 4 month package.
- Studio Soul Star may cancel this Agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice to The Client. In the event that Studio Soul Star cancels this Agreement, Studio Soul Star will provide any work completed in session and paid for to date.
REFUNDS POLICY
- So the Client is fully invested in coaching, no refunds will be issued.
- Client understands that Client is responsible for all payment whether or not Client is fully participating in coaching.
- No exceptions will be made in this matter and the Coach reserves the right to take legal action to collect payment.
COMMUNICATION.
- Studio Soul Star is an online business therefore the majority of our communication is made via email prior to commencement of coaching or Kinesiology.
- If you sign up for 4 month Mentoring or 4 weeks of Coaching you will have Voxer support for the duration of your package, The Client is responsible for utilising this platform as a means of communication between sessions.

RESULTS ARE UP TO THE INDIVIDUAL
- Results are up to the Individual.
- Personal Guidance and support is provided however it is the work you do between sessions that will guarantee your desired outcome.
CREATIVE, BUSINESS & SPIRITUAL COACHING
- The services to be provided by the Coach to the Client are Creative, Spiritual & Business Coaching, which is not medical advice, therapy or counselling.
- Coaching topics may address specific personal projects, business, or general conditions in the Client’s life or profession.
- Coaching and/or consulting is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counselling or any other type of therapy or advice.
Terms & conditions are to be read by the client, Studio Soul Star is not responsible for failure to do so.
The agreements of these Terms & Conditions have been put in place to protect you the Client and Phillipa Cacavas from Studio Soul Star. Session
